About every two years, I trade my vehicle in for a newer one. My vehicle of choice...a Ford Expedition. With my last trade in, I really lucked out - a new DVD player to keep the kids quiet, and XM Radio for Mom. I am addicted to XM Radio like a bad drug habit. But I am addicted to one station in particular.....Channel 150 
I listen to this station from the time I leave for work till the time I get home. It has single handedly resolved my road rage issues, while it simultaneously started my obsession with listening to stand-up comedy.
