This morning, for the second morning in a row, I went to dress my 3 year old daughter for preschool, just to find that under her nightgown, she had no panties on. So the conversation begins:

ME: Kaiden, why don't you have underwear on, again?

KAIDEN: Because mom, I am letting my tootie get some fresh air.

ME: What?

KAIDEN: Sometimes your tootie needs some air, so I don't sleep with my underwear anymore.

ME: Ummm, okay.

Are you serious? This is my three year old! The only thing sadder than the fact that she said this is .... she is absolutely correct - sometimes it just needs some air!
