Remembering the 80’s
Okay, so my girlfriend Dena and I were on the phone last night and she was telling me about a birthday party she had to take her son to yesterday. She was telling me about one of the mom’s that was there and how she seriously could not let go of the 80’s. So her and I started joking around and naming off the things that were probably in her closet. We were laughing hysterically (which was good, cause I had just finished crying my ass off watching Extreme Home Makeover - that show gets me every week!) Almost Free…
Alright, it is almost time to leave work and begin my evening of no children. Now that we are settled in to the new house, my mom has resumed her duty of taking the kids on Friday nights. Friday Night Date Night is back!!!! (which also brings with it…Saturday Morning Sleep In!)
Tonight we are heading to my most favoritist restaurant in the world - Shogun Japanese Steakhouse & Hibachi Grill. I could eat at this place 7 nights a week, but it would break me. I don’t think we ever leave there for under $100.00. By the time we are done with sushi and Sapporro’s, we basically have to take out a second on the house to pay for the bill! When I was pregnant with Ashton, I made Todd take me every Friday night for Hibachi Filet Mignon w/ Fried Rice. With Kaiden it was steak fajitas. I called it Fajita Friday!
Anyways, Hope everyone has a great weekend.
P.S. Not to change the subject, but is anyone else as excited as me to see Britney Spears new reality show? I am 99.9% positive that this show will back up my notions that she is a complete moron with no self esteem. We’ll see!
