• It has been quite some time since I have done one of my bulleted Saturday morning posts, so I will grace you with one this morning.  By the excitement on your faces, I can tell that you have really been missing them!!!
• Kaiden, for some reason, in the last couple weeks has decided that instead of calling her business “tootie” like she has forever, she now prefers the word “twat” - which I HATE!!!  I have no clue where she picked this word up, cause neither her father nor I use that word - Ugghh!  Do you know what it sounds like hearing a 5 year old say the word “twat” - it’s worse than the nails down the chalkboard thing.
• I am very excited about going up to Washington D.C. next week to finally meet up with Chatty.  We are going to hit up the National Zoo and do some other fun stuff that is not yet decided on.
• I am really enjoying my new blog template!  I LIKE.IT.A.LOT!
• My all time favorite band TOOL is on tour right now.  The closest they are coming to Virginia Beach is Richmond, VA, which is about and hour and a half away.  Todd told me to go ahead and get us tickets - and I am so excited.  It will be a fun fun night!  The last time I saw them, was a couple nights before I gave birth to Kaiden.
• Kaiden’s Dance Recital is coming up in May, along with recital pictures and the recital DVD and tickets to the recital at the Harrison Opera House.  I can feel my wallet crying the tears of being broke already!!!
• Ashton has not said a cuss word in a while (yay), but has replaced them with the following favorites “Aww Fishpaste” “Cannonball” “Goodbye Cruel World” “It’s Peanut Butter Jelly Time” “You Barnaclehead” - the list of endearing words goes on and on.  You gotta love boys!
• Also, my kids are obsessed with the Boomerang channel from Cartoon Network, which plays all the old school cartoons.  They have really been enjoying the Smurfs and Ashton’s new favorite thing to do is walk around acting like Grouchy Smurf - whenever Kaiden says anything, like for example, “Mommy, this new cereal you bought tastes good” - Ashton chimes in out of nowhere - “I HATE cereal” just like Grouchy smurf - it cracks me up.
• I am off now to take Kaiden to Dance Class - enjoy your Saturday.

I need to wash and clean my car like nobody’s business.  It is SO disgusting.  Is there a mom out there that succeeds at keeping their car clean?  I wish I could tell my kids - NO EATING in the car, but unfortunately I like the little bit of sanity I have left and fruit snacks, dry fruit loops and cheezits play a key role in that.

I have to wash sheets, dog bedding and all the rest of the laundry today.  I also have to bathe the pooch and cut his nails (really hate cutting dog’s nails). 

There are three Netflix movies waiting for me to watch them: The Hills Have Eyes, Nacho Libre and The Notorious Betty Page.  Hopefully they don’t suck!  I watched ShopGirl last week with Claire Danes, Steve Martin and Jason Schwartzman (Rushmore, Slackers, I ♥ Huckabees and Marie-Antoinette) and it was good.  I LOVE Jason Schwartzman!!!  Did you know that Jason Schwartzman is the son of actress Talia Shire (The Godfather and Adrian in Rocky) and she is the sister of director and producer Francis Ford Coppola, making her son Jason, Francis Ford Coppola’s nephew and the cousin of Nicolas Cage (born born Nicolas Kim Coppola ) and Sofia Coppola.  FYI!

Kaiden has dance class this morning and I have no one to watch Ashton, which means I have to bring him with me - Ugghhh!!!!  He is so horrible at dance class.  He won’t sit still and he knocks on the studio door every five minutes - but what kills me, is that the dance teacher opens the door every time - you would think after the 10th time, she would realize “Hey it’s probably just Kaiden’s brother again” - I sure would.

I am starting to wonder if we are getting our yearly bonuses - and I REALLY could use that bonus.

I need a break from the following shows: Go Diego Go, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Dora, Wonder Pets and Little Einsteins.  I also need a break from the following movies: Cars, Tom & Jerry & The Magic Ring, Son of the Mask.  I am just sayin!

Our new pooch Knox is proving to be just like the rest of the males in this family - typical stubborn males!  He is a rough little guy that keeps the kids running from couch to couch.  Housebreaking him is going to be the death of me!

It is 7:00pm and for some reason I feel like it is 12:00 midnight - I am so damn tired today and I have no clue why.

Last night, Todd and I went and saw Little Miss Sunshine - really, really, really good!!!  Go see it!!!

The Ford Motor Company is closing some of their plants down, one of which happens to be here, which is pretty sad.  Todd and I were talking about it today.  Many of these people were getting paid REALLY good salaries for their positions.  Their position with Ford that paid $60,000.00, will only earn them around $20,000.00 outside of Ford and these people have built their lives around that salary.  It really is sad.

The end of the line for Ford Motor Co.‘s F-150 truck plant will come sooner than originally planned as the company speeds up its North American restructuring.  In January, Ford will permanently drop one of two shifts at the 2,355-worker factory and stop building F-150s in Norfolk later in 2007 - a year earlier than stated five months ago.

Is anyone else excited for the season of Grey’s Anatomy to kick off next week?  I am also excited for 30 Rock…I have no life!

Oh, and I thought I would just mention that I just read the bestest, most sweetest blog post EVAH!  Seriously it was good!
